Defensive rebounding out of a zone is always more challenging.

The last two years (with smaller teams), Coach Furtado's teams have pulled down almost 70% of the defensive boards! Pretty impressive for a zone defense!

A lot of man-to-man defenses give up 27-30% offensive boards. Coach Furtado's team rebounds almost exactly as well out of their zone as most teams rebound out of man defense. Impressive!
